Except for some nationalities as Finland, Denmark, Norway, Russian, Swenden who are exempt from Vietnam visa,
another nationalities from European need to apply for Vietnam visa.

As you are traveling to Vietnam by ship, you should come to Vietnam Embassy which is the most convenient for you
to apply for visa. Currently, visa on arrival is just applicable for traveling by air.
