Visa for Chinese Citizen

Hi,
My wife and are planning to fly from Australia to Vietnam and then exit Vietnam into China. My wife is a Chinese citizen. Can she applly for the Visa On Arrival? I read somewhere that Chinese citizens can't do this if flying from China but is it okay flying from other countries?

Anwers: Dear Sir/madam,
You are right, Chinese citizens need get visa stamped at Vietnam Embassy in China before leave from China mainland to Vietnam. But if she/he fly form other country to Vietnam, she/he can use visa on arrival that mean apply for visa letter from us (online on my website), make the payment after received email confirm and get visa letter to print after it is issued and sent from us to hers/his.
